My path to becoming a marriage and family therapist began at the mid-point of a successful health care career when I experienced the transformative power of psychotherapy in my own life. I am a cisgender woman who has experienced divorce, single parenting, job loss, writer’s block and other productivity barriers. It is my privilege to accompany and support clients on a journey of self-discovery and healing.
